Privacy Policy

Potomac Valley Watercolorists respects the privacy of its members and is committed to your personal information. Information given by members of PVW will be used by PVW to maintain membership records and provide information to its members.
 
PVW DIrectory:  Specific contact information for PVW's full membership (such as postal, phone, email, fax) is not published or otherwise generally available. It is only available to its members on members-only pages on our website. PVW does not rent, sell or provide telephone numbers or fax to third parties. PVW collects postal address information, provided by you, so we can communicate information with you by mail, collect dues, and distribute our printed directory.
 
We do selectively make our postal address list available to carefully screened organizations whose art related offerings mav be of interest to our members. The board will approve these organizations. A member can fill out an opt-out form at any time should they wish to not make their name and postal address available to any third party.
 
Website/Email: As provided by the member, names, email addresses and personal websites are included on the PVW website. PVW uses email for important communications to our members about PVW activities, projects, shows, and meetings. It is never used to sell or rent email address lists to third parties. However, if it is on the website it is public knowledge.
